1Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

These dadu444 Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website, application, and all services provided by dadu444 ("Platform"). This document takes effect from the date you register your account or the date you first access the Platform, whichever comes earlier.

2Member Eligibility

Dadu444 services are limited to individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Aged 18 and above — dadu444 maintains a strict policy against underage gambling.
• Residing in or accessing the platform from a geographical area where such access is lawful under local regulations.
• Not identified as an individual banned from gambling activities by any Malaysian statutory body.
• Not be on an active self-exclusion list on any dadu444 platform.

Dadu444 reserves the right to verify a member's identity and eligibility at any time. Failure to submit the requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in the account being suspended until the KYC process is completed.

3Registration & Account Management

Each individual may only register one (1) dadu444 account. Registering multiple accounts under the same name, phone number, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed.

During registration, you are required to:

4Deposit & Withdrawal

• Accepted deposit methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, FPX, Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks.
• Deposits are typically credited to your dadu444 account within 30 seconds to 5 minutes, depending on the method chosen.
• Dadu444 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, payment providers may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same name as the dadu444 account.
• Withdrawals are processed within 15–30 minutes once KYC verification and security checks are completed.
• Dadu444 reserves the right to request additional documents before approving withdrawals above a certain amount as a fraud prevention measure.
• Any withdrawal involving a bonus requires the rollover requirements to be met before funds can be released.

5Bonus & Promotions

Dadu444 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members, including a welcome bonus of up to RM500, weekly cashback, special sports promotions, and more. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• Each bonus carries its own rollover (wagering) requirement that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted. Rollover requirements typically range from 5x to 30x, depending on the bonus type.
• Bonuses are only valid for the specified period. Expired bonuses cannot be used or transferred.
• Each promotion specifies the eligible games or betting markets. Wagers placed on ineligible games will not count towards meeting the rollover requirement.
• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per individual, household, IP address, or payment method.
• Dadu444 reserves the right to void any bonus if promotional abuse or wagering patterns solely intended to meet rollover requirements are suspected.

6Betting Rules

• Dadu444 reserves the right to void bets or set maximum bet limits for any match, market, or account without providing a reason.
• In the event of a technical disruption that affects the fairness of a game, dadu444 reserves the right to void the relevant bets. Funds will be returned to the member's account balance.
• Any attempt to exploit system bugs, manipulate game outcomes, or use third-party software for unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure.

7Member Conduct & Responsibilities

Dadu444 members are expected to conduct themselves with respect and responsibility while using the platform. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Using a VPN, proxy, or any other method to conceal your actual location in order to bypass geo-restrictions.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the dadu444 platform for illegal activities.
• Spreading false or misleading information about dadu444 to the public.

Members are solely responsible for ensuring their betting activity complies with the local laws applicable to them. dadu444 bears no liability for any legal implications arising from a member's use of the platform.

8Account Suspension & Closure

Dadu444 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account immediately in the following situations:

• Violation of any Terms and Conditions stated in this document.
• Facilitating or endorsing fraud, providing false information, or engaging in any unlawful activity.
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the stipulated timeframe.
• A voluntary request from a member to close their own account.
• Instructions from relevant regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies.

If an account is closed due to fraud or a breach of these Terms, all balances including unclaimed bonuses and winnings may be forfeited. If the closure is at the member's own request and no violations have occurred, any valid balance will be returned following a security review.

• Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the dadu444 platform.

Dadu444's total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount deposited by the member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. dadu444's failure to enforce any right under these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of that right.
